Richard Murphy

I'm Richard Murphy, a product designer and design leader. I spent six years leading design across QikServe and Access Group's hospitality platforms, where self-service ordering grew to 8,000+ locations across 42 countries. The portfolio ran from reservations and EPOS to the Evo design system, and the design team I built grew from one to five across the UK and Brazil. Today I lead alliances and strategy at TBSCG, sit on the board of the disabled access charity Euan's Guide, and build AI-native products independently, including Orson. I care about platforms that scale without going generic, accessibility as a commercial position, and keeping craft visible inside a large business.
