Tiger Forest is the company I run my independent work through. It's been the umbrella since 2014, the name on the invoices and on my email address, and the vehicle for everything from brand commissions to product work that didn't belong to an employer.

Naming your own company is a strange exercise. You want something that won't embarrass you in a decade and won't box you into one kind of work, and most options fail at least one of those tests. Tiger Forest has done both jobs quietly for over ten years now, which I'll take as a pass.
